KVKK notice
KVKK is Turkey's Personal Data Protection Law (No. 6698). Article 10 of the law requires this notice. The Turkish version on the Turkish page is the binding one; this is an English translation for convenience.

What data is processed?
The site has no cookies, forms or accounts; you are never asked for anything directly. The only data processed is:
- Visit statistics (Cloudflare Web Analytics): the address of the page you opened, the referrer, your browser and operating system type, and your country. No cookies or fingerprinting are used and visitors are not identified; we only see the data as aggregate counts.
- Technical access logs: the IP address, time, page requested and browser information that the server hosting the site may log on each visit.
How it is collected
The data is collected automatically from the connection between your browser and the server when you visit the site.
Purpose and legal basis
Visit statistics are processed to understand how the site is used, and technical logs to keep the site running and secure, under KVKK Article 5(2)(f) (the data controller's legitimate interest). The data is not used for marketing, profiling or advertising, and it is not sold to anyone.
Sharing and transfer abroad
Visit statistics are processed by Cloudflare, Inc. (USA). This is a transfer of data abroad: the statistics may be processed on Cloudflare's servers in the USA and other countries. The transfer falls under KVKK Article 9 and is made only for the aggregate statistics described above. How the service works: Cloudflare Web Analytics.
Technical access logs are kept on the server that hosts the site. Apart from this, the data is not shared with anyone.

Your rights (KVKK Article 11)
To learn whether your data is processed, request information, ask for correction or deletion, learn who it was transferred to abroad, or object, send your request to thecrimelogs.contact@gmail.com. You will get an answer within 30 days at the latest.
